We are so proud of one of our young supporters, Amy, who decided to create an 'Awareness Box' for her school project. The children were tasked with creating a 3D visual presentation on a topic of their choice and Amy chose Again to Givst Breast Cancer! See how she did it here
With 55% of the UK population not knowing the meaning of secondary spread breast cancer, this awareness, especially in schools has a very valued and vital impact.

Released for Carers Week 11 – 17 June, the research reveals:
Almost three quarters (72%) of carers in the UK said they had suffered mental ill health as a result of caring, while well over half (61%) said their physical health had worsened.
Unless more support is provided,national charities are warning that the UK’s carers won’t be healthy enough to care for loved ones in the future. Read more

Muscular Dystrophy UK are disappointed to hear that Summit Therapeutics has stopped the development of its Duchenne drug, ezutromid. After reviewing results from the PhaseOUT DMD trial, Summit has reported that whilst ezutromid was safe, it unfortunately did not provide a benefit to participants.
